Step into the Mountain View Suite, where a four-poster king-sized bed awaits, offering panoramic views of Mount Richmond, Witherhills Farm, and the vast expanse of the vineyards below. For a touch of artistry, the Chagall Suite is adorned with paintings reminiscent of Marc Chagall's masterpieces. Its king-sized bed and direct access to the pool, steam room, and jacuzzi ensure a tranquil retreat. The Marlborough Suite beckons with its cozy queen-sized bed and a view that stretches beyond the lawn to embrace the ocean and the mountain ranges. The Cloudy Bay Suite, Ocean View Suite and Witherhills Suite offer spacious retreats, each with a queen-sized bed, a sofa bed, and a private deck overlooking the rolling hills and the Cook Straits. The heart of the villa, the Great Room, exudes elegance with its floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom-made 16-seater mahogany dining table. If singing is your passion, the surround sound system and karaoke machine in the Great Room can be availed of. Let us know ahead if you want to use the karaoke machine. Mountainview Villa's location, just five minutes from Blenheim city center, makes it the perfect base to explore Marlborough's wine country. Whether you seek outdoor adventures, immerse yourself in local culture, or simply relax in style, the villa is your gateway to unforgettable experiences. A complimentary continental breakfast is included in your stay, while a cooked breakfast featuring fresh farm ingredients is available for an additional fee. Mountainview Villa's strict cancellation policy reflects the high demand for its accommodations. However, in the event of COVID-related cancellations, full credit is offered, bookable within six months of your scheduled check-in date. Guest access Guests have full access to all amenities and rooms in the villa, except for the owners' private wing. Laundry service is available for guests staying three days or more. Please inform us if you require laundry service, and a small fee will apply. The owners (and their wee dog) reside in a private wing within the villa. Note that our two glamping tents are no longer available. Only 6 bedrooms are available now. Other things to note Our rack rate covers exclusive use of six suites for up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 15 guests in total. The two glamping tents are no longer available for booking. However, there are three double sofa beds, one in each poolside room, which can accommodate up to three additional guests. An extra charge of $100 per night applies for each additional guest. Our in-house chef is available to prepare delicious meals for your group celebrations. or for your special milestone. Please let us know your catering requirements at the time of booking.
