This large, modern riverfront home is beautifully situated on the Raquette River just outside of Hannawa Falls, NY. It is located 8 miles from Potsdam, NY, home of Clarkson University and SUNY Potsdam. It is 16 miles to Canton, NY, home to St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Need AWD or 4WD during winter months. The space You have the entire home to yourselves to relax, cook, swim, paddle and enjoy the outdoor fireplace. All linens are provided. There is a well-equipped kitchen for cooking and dining. In addition there is a Weber BBQ grill, water and sand toys, and many children's items, including a Pack-N-Play. For recreation there is a large canoe, tandem kayak, single kayak, paddleboard, and paddles. Life jackets are available. The master bedroom faces the river with large French doors that lead to a private screened-in balcony with two chairs and a small table to enjoy your morning coffee outside facing the water. In addition to the master there are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, a queen futon in the sun room, a pullout couch in the living room, and a queen air mattress if needed. The upstairs bathroom has a full bathtub, while the downstairs bathroom offers a stand-in shower.
