We offer a dock and a private beach. All of this a 5 minute drive from stores and amenities. Classic cabin with modern amenities! The space With 1 acre of land situated off Discovery Passage this deep water moorage home is unique in so many ways. We have taken a traditional coastal home and given it some modern twists to keep up with technology but also give in to nature and all the area has to offer. You can surf the news in the morning but enjoy your coffee on the deck while eagles and seals play right at your doorstep. Take a fishing trip being picked up and dropped right at the Wharf, up from Seattle? Get a scheduled plane trip back from the dock just down the road. Want to eat out or get a drink at a local bar?There is a restaurant literally 4 min walk down a country road at April Point Resort . Need a gallon of milk, the store is 5 min car ride! Get away from everything but amenities are close but not too close ! Your cabin has pretty much everything you need. Just bring your fav food,drink and gear! Drive an EV? We have a Tesla L2 charger at the house. This is a $25 per use pre paid amenity. If you have J1772 EV you will need the adaptor. Guest access The only limitations would be the dock unless you sign the waiver of liability! See host for details. Can be sent via Docusign. Other things to note Everything here is wood. Suggest wearing shoes or sandals . The decks have bench type railings . Dock use requires a waiver. No wet dogs on the carpets please. All people on the docks should be wearing life preservers. There is a life ring and ladder on the dock if someone falls in. We are not responsible for any incident on the water; beach,piers, ramp or docks.
