Nice home completely remodeled room and private bath only 7 miles to the beach. A perfect location in a nice quiet, safe and walkable neighborhood. Enjoy the relaxing lanai overlooking a manicured garden teaming with birds,squirrels and butterflies. Explore the beautiful treasure coast from this central location. Must be ok with Pets on premises. The space Very clean, private and comfortable home. I live here year round so there will be shared common spaces. The house is a split plan so your rooms will be on the other side of the house. You will have a super comfy queen bed with ample drawers and closet space. The room also has TV/DVD with Netflix. In addition your private bathroom was recently remodeled and has all the essentials you may need. My office is next to your room so if you need a desk or a comfy chair to watch tv that room is available for you to use as well. I do have three invisible cats and a schnoodle as my furry family. There is a large screened in porch off the living room looking out to the private fenced back yard and organic garden. Nice to have morning coffee and watch the cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays and painted buntings only feet away. Guest access Common areas include the kitchen (with limited microwave use) please no fish stews!!! living room,dining area and screened porch and back yard. Parking available for 2 vehicles. During your stay Here to help if necessary. I have a large binder with maps, menus and things to do in your room. Will let you decide how much interaction you want. Other things to note I do provide fresh ground coffee or tea, bagels or muffins.
