Enjoy air-conditioned and double glazed comfort with well a equipped kitchenette and full laundry facilities. We provide all that you need to feel like you are 'at home'. The space This apartment is located on the shore of the Derwent River with Mt Wellington as its backdrop. You are located on the ground floor of a private residence. The dividing floor is fitted with 'sound proof' batts. You will have complete privacy with beautiful uninterrupted water and mountain views. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with glass sliding doors that capture the magnificent views. A large bedroom with Queen sized bed for two people, with flat screen TV and magnificent views. The small second bedroom has a double bed for one person. Both beds are fitted with electric blankets. Luggage racks, set of drawers, mobile wardrobe, or hooks to hang hat and coat are provided. Air-conditioning warms or cools this double glazed apartment. Relax on comfortable leather swivel chairs watching the view or large TV screen. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, eat and drink: crockery, glasses, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and all electric appliances required for cooking. Bathroom is small with a step up shower, with a sturdy 'access step'. Thick luxurious towels plus quality liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are supplied. Two outdoor table and chairs, one outside the apartment, the other on the lawned area, available for smoking. Both with waterfront views. The Tasmanian native garden has a winding path down to the water's edge, and another large deck with chairs provides both seclusion and beautiful views. Full laundry facilities: front loading washing machine, dryer, iron, with all laundry products. You have a private undercover level entrance that is located next to your parking bay. At night the driveway and carpark light up with 'sensor' flood lights. A locked box stores your key for a self check in. There are many different gardens, and garden seating located around this property. Roses at the front and native gardens and fruit trees on the waterside. Three locked gates restrict your access into our only private area. Guest access A message will be sent to you three days before your checkin date. Clear instructions on how you locate the property and how you access the apartment is contained with that message. Other things to note There are very "people loving" pets on this property however they have no access to your areas. Guests do like to play with them, owners permission must be obtained. The pets wear clothes and are very clean and gentle. STRICTLY NO feeding the pets as they have very delicate stomachs. This property has 24/7 CCTV monitoring for outside security only.
