I am hopeful that your time away will be relaxing, enjoyable, and an oasis away from the busyness of life This studio condo is minutes from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been completely renovated with a relaxing feel and genuine coastal charm. Quiet and Peaceful with first floor conveniences and parking right outside the condo. The condo has fully renovated and includes the following: granite countertops for the kitchen and bathroom, handcrafted beadboard murphy bed with new gel-foam mattress, 4K curved Samsung TV, wifi and cable, a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, induction plates, and comfy couch, chaise lounge, and rockers. A toaster oven is available upon request ahead of time. The guests may access the condo fully and may utilize the laundry room if needed. There is an additional cost to use the laundry room. I live in Concord, NH and am about 90 minutes from the condo. My guests are given all of the info they need to check in themselves. I am available by phone if there is a need to contact me, and I will come to the condo personally if there is a need to do so. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area with 3 small condo buildings. It is well maintained and is quiet and peaceful. There is a little picnic and grill area on the grounds and is only one block to Perkins Cove. There is a public trolley that runs from June 24th to Labor Day. The cost is $2.00 per ride and it takes people from Perkins Cove to various stops in Ogunquit. It runs from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. There is also one parking space for the guests at the condo. There are no assigned parking spaces, but usually the space right next to the condo is free. All guests must use the parking pass that is provided, and they must put it on the dashboard of the car. The condo is quiet and peaceful. There is no smoking anywhere in the condo or on the condo grounds. The condo association has a "No Pet" policy.
