I am hopeful that your time away will be relaxing, enjoyable, and an oasis away from the busyness of life This studio condo is minutes from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been completely renovated with a relaxing feel and genuine coastal charm. Quiet and Peaceful with first floor conveniences and parking right outside the condo. The space The condo has fully renovated and includes the following: granite countertops for the kitchen and bathroom, handcrafted beadboard murphy bed with new gel-foam mattress, 4K curved Samsung TV, wifi and cable, a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, induction plates, and comfy couch, chaise lounge, and rockers. A toaster oven is available upon request ahead of time. Guest access The guests may access the condo fully and may utilize the laundry room if needed. There is an additional cost to use the laundry room. Other things to note The condo is quiet and peaceful. There is no smoking anywhere in the condo or on the condo grounds. The condo association has a "No Pet" policy.
