Quiet and Comfortable

Adult only please. Not suitable for kids 17 & under. We value quiet and our home isn’t child proof. Private for a nice getaway but close to the city for tourism, shopping, and eating. There’s a nice lake just blocks away to watch a beautiful sunset/ sunrise with an extraordinary walking path. Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet as well. The space You have a coffee and tea bar in your room complimentary for staying with us. You also have a walk in closet as well. Free Apple TV and a desk and private reading area as well. Washer and dryer with a private fenced in backyard and plenty of sitting space. We also have a grill and smoker in case you want to have a cookout. Don’t feel like eating out? I cook everyday I’m there and if you feel like cooking, we have a private full size refrigerator for you as well. Guest access Private living room downstairs, private reading area right outside your room, free washer and dryer access, private full size refrigerator downstairs, private lake with beautiful walking path all the way around, and fenced in backyard with private grill, smoker, and two different seating areas to watch the sunset or sunrise. We also have a private boat dock for fishing and kayaking/ canoeing. During your stay You can hang out with us in the kitchen and our living room or you can have your privacy in your own private living room downstairs or reading area upstairs. We are respectful of people’s privacy but will also engage if you need a friend or some company.
