We are a husband & wife team that strive to make each of our guests experience a really peaceful & relaxing one ! We have a covered dock area and billiards room - the whole place has a really cozy and relaxing feel - All our cottages make you feel extremely comfortable & relaxed :) We have a lovely dock and billiards room for our guests enjoyment - The entire place has just a great walk around effect while taking in the calm , peaceful and warmth of the whole place , there’s even a fire pit for guest enjoyment (Weather plays a part in safety - no wind !) - best to be safe & cautious :) , unfortunately as with most great things now a days (Guest in order to use these lovey features each guest must assume all risk & liability. To all our staying guest you have full access to the entire place - All our guest can enjoy our camp fire area - the dock & paddle boat etc / however use of the dock and lake and or any use of the paddle boats etc is (Entirely at each guest own risk) there for each persons enjoyment free of charge , There is also a complementary washer & Dryer (a bran new common kitchen area ) free pool table with 50 inch TVs to watch while doing so :) We love when all our guest like love being social with one another - However please be aware of others privacy - At the same while enjoying common areas such as (The billiards room - camp fire area and or the dock - Please enjoy one another company while being respectful of personal boundaries. Although Avon Park & Sebring area has that classic small town feel - does not mean (No Town at all or that your in the boon docks ! ) There’s a super Wal Mart less than a mile away , just a few country miles away i.e (7) miles - You have the traditional eateries - Out Back steak house - Olive Garden even Red Lobster or TGI Friday’s ! So not exactly out in the middle of no where :) We will gladly explain the area to any staying guest & assist with any needed directions. All our cottages are for each guest private cottage & space- and each have has its own privacy , also each cottage has its own shower - each has a one pod coffee pot , small fridge & microwave - (There’s also a shared & common kitchen recently added in the billiards room)
