Welcome to your private, quiet retreat, featuring a tiny footprint with luxe features in a garden setting. Only 1-block from Alki beach, experience the best of PNW beach living. Your own secure building (325 sq ft studio) with kitchenette, queen bed, washer/dryer and air conditioning. The cottage studio has the added feature of its own lovely private outdoor area that is filled with garden blooms during the spring and summer. Find us on IG @alkicottage. The space We've created a peaceful cottage studio experience that we can't wait to share with you! The cottage studio is 325 sq ft in a 1-story building with a bed, kitchenette and bar top seating, and bathroom with shower. There is no separate living room. The space is attached to the garage on one side. We do not park a vehicle in the garage and will limit accessing it when possible, but you may occasionally hear noise from the garage/garage door. *Patio* You have access to your own patio area with seating available outside when weather permits. *Amenities* Coffee-maker, French press, instant hot water faucet, complimentary tea and coffee, microwave, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and A/C. Please note there is no oven or stovetop; a single hot plate is available. Limited cooking supplies available: includes pots/pans; no oils/condiments. *Sleeping accommodations* The comfortable queen bed with Casper mattress will have you wanting to stay in bed. *Parking* Ample free street parking. Please note that the driveway is for the homeowners parking only. *Hold harmless agreement* By booking a reservation you agree to hold the host harmless for any bodily injury or property damage that result from your time spent on the property. This applies to all guests in your reservation. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage (1-story building) which is detached from the main house. A secure key pad is used for entry. Cottage includes a separate outdoor patio area. Other things to note To access the cottage, you'll walk down a driveway that runs along the main house. The cottage is not suitable for young children/babies. No visitors are permitted on the property other than registered guests. Maximum occupancy is 2. This rental is situated in a quiet neighborhood; parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. On occasion we might be in the back patio garden space for maintenance and watering.
