Free parking. ... and bulletproof / easy check-in The space ┞━ MAIN FEATURES ━┦ Your Renaissance style Villa boasts: - Your master bedroom specifically: An overlarge bedroom containing two desks, full walk-in closet, queen size bed and a full bathroom, all to yourself with heated floors, and includes a 'classic bidet. - Lovely finishing to nearly every viewable surface, in or out of the building - Outdoor vineyard, orchard, pergola, covered and uncovered furnished relaxation areas. - An overage of bathrooms (never share with more than one person) - Updated kitchen and multiple large living areas, e.g. Lounge, Study, Den, etc. - 'Work from home' ready bedrooms including your own desk + solid reliable Wi-Fi The home is currently dedicated to hosting rooms with Airbnb and is a portfolio favorite of ours with regards to layout and loveliness. I am glad you will be able to experience it! - The photos will say more about the space than I ever could in a typographic format and you'll also find a full to-scale map of the interior (both to show off (of course!) and also to provide you with good context and peace of mind). ┞━ A USEFUL CALLOUT ABOUT AIRBNB PRIVATE ROOMS ━┦ It seems like the occasional "less than stellar" review tend to come from one easily rounded-up demographic, being: Folks who rent a 'private room' for economy purposes without thinking on how that will affect them in a normal / daily way. These folks really need to look into booking an 'entire place' to themselves (which is one of the search filters available here on Airbnb). - In my experience the occurrence of these folks plagues all veteran hosts and is taken with a grain of salt... but to help make sure you have a great trip we'd like to call it out here specifically for you, so let it be known: -- There will be other guests. -- While it is a big home that sports a great layout for exactly these purposes, if you feel that will be a problem please use the Airbnb search filter that allows you to find "entire places" for yourself. ┞━ KEEPING IT CLEAN ━┦ In an effort to keep pricing nicely affordable for the Airbnb community (and certainly yourself), ▷ we do not charge you a cleaning fee ◁. Instead we ask the following: ▷When you make use of an area in the home, simply "leave it a little better then you found it.◁ We ensure everything will be lovely for you upon your arrival. Please help keep it that way for others. -We do not charge a 'cleaning fee' to help you save a substantial bit on your booking costs. Please leave shared areas like bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc. etc. "a little better than you found them" for everyone's sake. Most guests are great in this way and make the effort (but admittedly not everyone is perfect every time). With this said, if you encounter an area where someone who intended to return forgot to pick up after themselves, simply "leave that area a little better than you found it" and this tends to self-resolve / self normalize. This applies to the kitchen, bathrooms visited, etc. etc. :) *Let us know if you find something that needs special attention and we will happily come handle it. :D
