The space The Route 66 Farmhouse on the Bridge is a charming 1939 historic house located directly on the original pavement of Historic Route 66 and the abandoned Walnut Canyon Bridge. Garage and out buildings will be locked and unavailable. Other things to note OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Minimum age to book is 25. Guests must present identification. Parties or events are not allowed. Any guest found to be hosting a party will be evicted by the police without prior warning and 1) You will not receive any refund, and 2) you will be charged a min fine of $500 for violating house rules and extra cleaning. We do not allow smoking of any kind in the property including: cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vape, etc. Guests that smoke cigarettes must do so cautiously outside on concrete surfaces. Outdoor fires are prohibited everywhere in the county. Gas grills are typically allowed but PLEASE REVIEW CURRENT COUNTY FIRE STATUS on the Coco dot az dot gov website prior to your stay. We have chosen not to host pets at this property. There is no proper fencing. Rural properties attract cool wildlife. It is common to see elk or deer in the yard or back by the wash, rabbits, and possibly a coyote run across the road on your drive. The birds that hang out are beautiful!
