One private bedroom with a full-size bed. A private bathroom right next door. Nice, clean home in a safe neighborhood. Lots of extras added at no extra charge. Less than 3 miles to I-10. 4.1 miles to Historic Downtown Milton on the Blackwater River with a wonderful Riverwalk & a beautiful day use park. Blackwater River State Park 17 minutes. Kayaking, tubing and canoe rentals available Pensacola 22 mins. Navarre Beach about 32 mins. My favorite beach is Pensacola Beach 38 mins. The space This is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom next door. Lots of little extras added at no extra charge. This is my home that I am sharing. It is comfortable for one or two guest. Might be okay for 2 and a baby sleeping in a pack and play. Guest access You have access to one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a mini frig in the garage with free water. There is some room in mini frig for small items. There is a Keurig in the bedroom if you want coffee in the morning. I have one large indoor dog and two cats. They are never allowed in Airbnb room. Please do not interact with them if I am not present. Sometimes she barks, this is her home too. I do my best to keep her quiet. Lots of little extras added at no extra charge. During your stay Your privacy is my first priority. Please let me know what I can do to make your stay a 5 star visit! Other things to note I try to have check in 4 pm to 11pm. Please schedule a time. Check out by 11 am. I usually have a guest checking in at 4 pm. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 5 am. We only book verified Airbnb travelers aged 25 and older with favorable reviews from others hosts. Please no shoes on the carpets. If your car leaks fluids, please park in street. All children must have an adult present at all times.
