Locked door to your bedroom walk down the hall for the bathroom and kitchen area. The hallway is shared space. There is a mini kitchen Coffee maker, full size refrigerator and Microwave. No oven or cook top . Shared use of the Washer and Dryer PRIVATE Bathroom with shower. NON SMOKING ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Close to all forms of transit -- MAX, bus, bike, car. Close to the Mississippi District and Alberta District. Washer and Dryer is $50.00 per month. Please request laundry access. We expect our guests to follow CDC guidelines, wear a mask and social distance. The location is fabulous. The close in location provides easy access to downtown via bike, bus or car. A quick 5 minute walk to Historic Mississippi with lots of fun restaurants and shops. We ask that you be mindful of the noise levels (TV and talking loudly) as to be mindful to our 1st floor guests. Quiet home no events or parties. It is also best for solo travelers that keep regular hours and are respectful. If you are looking for a great location and peaceful atmosphere this is the place! Please let us know your proposed arrival time for check in when you place an inquiry. Street parking is free within one or two blocks. We cannot accept third party reservations.
