Guest access Guest have access to the entire unit minus the owners closet. Other things to note The space is ideal for a single person or a couple. Third guest must be a young child. Not suitable for three adults. A pack and play is made available for the third guest. This unit is located on the third floor of a walk-up building. This is an apartment building and common areas are shared. Building manager lives onsite and there is CCTV. CCTV around the building and common areas. Passively recording 24/7. Passive alarm system with decibel, motion, and breakage monitor within the unit. The owners closet is equipped with a motion triggered camera. Breaking into the closet will trigger the camera an alert us of an intrusion into the closet which will trigger immediate removal from the unit. The TV is a streaming TV. Please be sure to bring any streaming device for your ease of use (Roku Stick, Amazon TV Fire Stick, etc.). You may sign into any streaming channel of your choice by using your login credentials (e.g. Netflix, HBO GO, etc.). Be sure to sign out of your account upon departure.
