The backyard patio is ready for grilling on the Weber, outdoor dining, and relaxation. One or two well-behaved dogs (sorry, no cats) are welcome with a $20 per night, per dog, pet fee. (*Please note- The pet fee is not included in Airbnb's total cost. You will receive a pet fee request on the morning of your arrival through Airbnb.) A great trail for walking your dog originates just down the street, the trail leads you to the Deschutes River. We'll provide a water and food bowl for your pup. Please pick up after your dog(s). You are no more than 10 minutes from most of Bend’s indoor attractions and hot spots – downtown, Old Mill district, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the Les Schwab Amphitheater. No need to get carried away packing. Full sized washer and dryer are yours to use in the large laundry room. Wi-fi is fast and reliable. No smoking or vaping outside or inside. Please adhere to the City of Bend Good Neighbor Guidelines. Other things to note There is construction activity nearby, typically during weekday daytime hours (7 AM to 5 PM) as our area goes through a transition with our expanding neighborhood. So if you’re planning to relax on the back patio during the day, you will hear some occasional noise and might observe the activity. The good news: it’s very quiet inside the house thanks to solid insulation, and we’ve added sound machines in the bedrooms to keep things extra comfortable. Even better—things quiet down in the evenings and stay peaceful all weekend. We always want to be transparent so you know what to expect. The inside of the house remains just as cozy and comfortable as pictured, and we’re here for anything you might need during your stay.
