As soon as you enter this private pool villa near South Bombay, you are swept off your feet by the Balinese-style pool that runs across this estate. The space - The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms), a large, high-ceiling living room that welcomes a lot of natural sunlight, and a powder room. - The first floor flaunts the spotlight of the home - the master bedroom leads to a private man-made lily pond with a stone pathway (Adult supervision is mandatory for kids.). The attached private balcony offers views of the distant hills and fields, gently touched by the hues of the setting sun during the golden hour. - The fourth bedroom (without an ensuite bathroom) is on the ground floor in an external structure. - The 4th bedroom is located next to the entrance of the main house. The room (without an ensuite bathroom) is smaller in size as compared to the other rooms on the property. Guests staying in this room have to use the common bathroom located on the ground floor of the main house. - And while you continue to walk around in awe of the pool, you'll soon be captivated by the tropical garden that surrounds this home. Adult supervision is mandatory for kids. - The room in the external room does not have an attached bathroom. - The room (without an ensuite bathroom) is smaller in size as compared to the other rooms on the property. - There is one powder room in the living room, one powder room near the party gazebo and one shower area by the pool. - Driver's accommodation is available and up to 1 person can be accommodated at an additional cost. - Up to 4 cars can be parked on site. - We do allow events/shoots at the villa, subject to approval. -Meals can be arranged at an additional cost (per person, per day). Please note that a maximum of 11 people can be accommodated in the villa for an overnight stay. Access to the pool will be subject to home owner's approval. - Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied. Please note that loud music (if needed for your function) will only be permitted during certain hours. Any other permissions required for photoshoots/functions will need to be taken by the guests themselves. If you wish to book our home for functions/shoots - In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hrs of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. WiFi speed is 25 Mbps. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes - As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages.Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. - Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. - To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods. -There are CCTV cameras installed in the living room, common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
