Have you ever dreamt of living in a designer house? Now you have the chance. This house was designed by the famous Brazilian designer Cintia Coelho. She has left her mark in this beautiful house,  where every single detail matters. You will feel like leaving in a dream house You won't be able to park in the garage but there is plenty of space in the driveway. The house can comfortably fit 5 people. We can also add an air mattress and a large crib mattress adding two kids and 7 people in total The space This is a marvelous dream house, just built in 2020. It's a spacious house, with four bedrooms, a backyard, patio, deck, barbecue grill, and an incredible view. The house was designed by a famous brazilian designer with incredible taste. It is only a 15 min walk to Metro-North, where you can be in the city in 35 min. You can also walk to shops and groceries, like Trader Joe's. Doing home-office and need some more space? You got it! Want to feel like a chef in a designer kitchen? You got it! Want to relax by the fireplace? You got it! Want to host some friends over for a barbecue? You got it! You'll have an amazing opportunity to enjoy the fall and the winter in this incredible space.  Remember that this is a family house and some maintenance issues might occur. You will be responsible for them during your stay (e.g. change in furnace filter, battery fire alarm change etc..). PS The garage will not be available during your stay Guest access The house will be fully available to you, except for the garage and the basement. Our Au pair lives in the basement, but she has a separate entrance and the basement can be locked from the living space where you will be. Very unlikely that you will even see her. Other things to note As you'll be living in a single-family house you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the house. Taking off the trash, shoveling snow, and other minor activities that will impact your stay.
