With a mix of rustic ski lodge and modern farmhouse decor, this ground level, 1050 sq. ft retreat is newly remodeled, privately owned, and part of the Barefoot Resort complex. Guests will have access to all resort amenities including an onsite hot tub as well as a pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room located in the Vista building (one-minute drive). Situated in the pines at the top of Terry Peak, the condo boasts breathtaking views of the Black Hills and prairie below. The space This 1050 square foot condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, a dining area, and living area with an electric fireplace. In addition to the TV in the living area, each bedroom has its own TV. The primary bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed and the secondary bedroom has two queen-size beds. The fourth bed is a sofa sleeper located in the living room. The kitchen is u-shaped with a peninsula that is open to the living and dining areas. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire condo unit. There is no access into the furnace room. There is a shared hot tub at the end of the sidewalk (approximately 25 steps from the condo door). Hours for the hot tub are 9am to 9pm. There is also a small indoor pool and sauna as well as a "second" hot tub located in the Vista building (40-second drive) which is just around the bend in the road. A map will be provided with check-in instructions. Other things to note Parking is free and located in front of the condo building. My guests will also have access to free trailer parking at Terry Peak's Stewart Lodge parking lot which is located about 1/4 mile from the condo. It is a spacious, flat lot. Trailer parking is not permitted in the condo parking lot, so if you would like to take advantage of the free trailer parking, notify me prior to your arrival, and I will have a pass waiting for you in the condo.
