Outdoor dining area with a gas grill and fire pit (we will provide propane and fire wood). Grass yard (not fenced in) will also be accessible. Great views of surrounding mountains! Guest access Entire house to yourself. Large concrete patio and grass yard included. House sits on 11 acre lot with another rental and there is one other building on the property that the hosts live in. Shared driveway. The lot is on a quiet dead end road that is nice for an evening walk. Other things to note We will provide the firewood for the fire pit, roasting sticks and anything needed for the BBQ (propane). There is a smart tv in each room.
