Two private rooms with a private bathroom & small kitchenette. There is a has a TV with several streaming services. Mini fridge, coffee, and other food options are available! We are located in the middle of all the great offerings of Utah!! Ski resorts are nearby, and hiking and biking trails are all around. The kitchen, laundry, and main area are all shared spaces. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Places to dine, shop, hike, ski, mountain climb, and bike are only a few miles away!! Only 4 miles from American Fork Canyon. Great location!! Guests have access to Full Kitchen, Laundry Room, and fun backyard that includes a basketball court, and a trampoline. This space is shared with the two of us (Amy & Niel). A drive-up American Fork canyon is worth the views. Just take SR-92 east and it will take you right into the canyon, a small fee does apply. Timpanogos Cave is a great trip and only 10 minutes from our house. For the truly adventurous a hike to the summit of Timpanogos is an amazing experience. There are also many mountain biking and hiking trails in the area. We would be happy to recommend some for our favorites. Snow activities are perfect for this time of year. We are located in Utah County which is about 30 miles away from Provo Canyon. Sundance ski resort is 30 miles away. Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird) are about 45 miles away! We live 2 miles form American Fork Canyon.
