Ideal for cozy nights in or a weekend out - only 13 mins to the airport and 20 mins to Charlotte for quick city access with small-town charm. The space We are located right on Main Street - just look for the house with the green shutters and door. Traffic can bring some noise during busier times of day, but each bedroom includes an alarm clock with a built-in sound machine for comfort. All windows have both blinds and curtains for added privacy. Inside, you’ll find a blend of character and comfort: fresh white walls, original hardwood floors, and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Tip: Guests often enjoy a morning walk to one of Belmont’s nearby coffee shops - just a few minutes from the front door. Guest access Check-in is available anytime after 4PM, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Guests will receive a unique 4-digit code on the day of arrival for easy, keyless entry. The driveway is shared with neighbors and is located to the right of the house (when facing it). Please park on the left side of the driveway or directly behind the house to avoid blocking access. Tip: The driveway and entryway may not be well-lit at night. We recommend entering through the back door, as the front deadbolt may be locked. Other things to note House Rules – Please Read Violations may result in a fine of up to $250. • The fireplace is currently not available for use. • No smoking or drug use is permitted inside the home. • No parties or events allowed. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation and a fine. • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. • No glitter or confetti inside the house. • Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Our cleaner will arrive promptly to prepare for the next guests. If you need a later check-out, feel free to message us - we’ll do our best to accommodate.
