Open concept floor plan with single car garage. Kitchen entry with stainless appliances, both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker, kitchen island and bar top for extra seating and dining. Living area with gas log fireplace and SLEEPER SOFA. Master suite (KING), and half bath all on the first floor. The living area opens to a screened porch. Fenced back yard with paver patio complete with gas grill. The second floor has 2 guest (QUEEN) bedroom suites each with private baths and private access to a large upper balcony with ocean views. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar oceanfront amenities, which include Clubhouse with Billiard Table, Fitness Room, zero entry pool, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit. Single Car garage 3 parking spaces including garage - No trailers of any kind allowed. 7 Adult & 2 Child Beach Chairs, Beach toys Winter Monthly Rates are available upon request. Linens included. 1 KING 2 QUEENS This cottage is the "Osprey" floor plan and accommodates 6 Coffee maker: Keurig and standard coffee pot NO SMOKING NO PETS If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS: The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
