The “Villas of Bahamas West” condominium is located on the west end of Panama City and sits about 300 feet away from very quiet beach, that is just across a 2-line Front Beach Drive with almost non-existing traffic. You’ll be on the beach in less time than it takes to wait for elevators in some high-rise buildings. And you’ll be sure happy to have sugary white sands and turquoise waters almost all just for yourself. We would like to emphasize for customers with limited mobility that the unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building , above the "drive-under" parking, and within 300 steps from the entrance to the beach. Please, see pictures for better understanding of the surrounding area of the building. The accommodation is very comfortable for two adults, or a family with up to two children able to share one bed. You’ll have a small, yet private, bedroom with Queen bed, and a decent size living room with pull out Queen size sofa-bed. Both rooms have individual Smart Roku TV sets with Free Peacock TV, YouTube, and other free options , so everyone in the family can enjoy their preferred show. Public entrance 93. We are on a Western side of Panama City Beach, so Downtown and Pier Park are about 8 miles to the East. You can find many attractions like Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it or Not There is a "white cloth" restaurant Bayou Bill's Crab House within half a mile, and about half dozen casual restaurants within 3 miles Gorgeous Rosemary Beach town and its mall are less than 4 miles ( about 10 minutes drive) There are two major groceries, Publix and WinDixie within a half mile. We do not allow smoking of any kind of cigarettes, tobacco product or any other legal or illegal substances! The inspection is after each visit. We already did, and we WILL take efforts to enforce, report and prosecute violations in accordance with our policy and to the full extent of law. As an advanced notice to our guests, we have to inform that due to owner's medical conditions ( severe allergy ), we have to respectfully ask for strong adherence to the non-smoking policy as well as decline the admission of pets in the unit. The Visitors acknowledge that they are not protected against Bodily Injury of Property Damage by homeowner’s insurance, and are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage if desired. The owners are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property of Visitors. No early check-in or late check-out unless previously arranged with owners. We've being recently informed by our Guest that during busy holiday time and corresponding increase of traffic in the building, the noise from people staying on the third floor above our units could be heard when they are walking in their units. Although we don't believe it exceeds the usual level associated with the multiple story buildings, and we know that it doesn't happen often, we still want to inform you about this possibility of inconvenience and encourage you to plan your trip accordingly. Please Note : HOA does not allow use of grills on balconies. That is prompted by the Insurance Policy that HOA carries for the whole building, and is understandable if you take in consideration the fact that the complex is completely wooden construction. Please use grills on sandy grounds right in front of the parking area, behind the building. As the beaches are reopening, and bookings requests starts coming in, we uptight our cleaning and sanitation policies. As our previous guests attest in their reviews, the cleanliness of our units and health and well being of our visitors were always our main concern. We always went an extra mile in taking time and efforts to not only clean, but sanitize our units after each visit. In light of new reality requiring heightened attention to mitigating the risks associated with later spike of disease that affected our country and the world, we felt a need to expand our cleaning policies even further. We will spray and disinfect the units; as a result you may observe some Lysol residue on some surfaces. They are not signs of neglect or dirt, but accumulated cleaning solution. You may also experience some chemical smells. If you have intolerance to cleaning solutions we apologize and recommend to take this in consideration before your visit. We will use bleach in greater quantities for bedding washing. As a result you may notice some washed up colors and discoloration of towels and bedding. Please, excuse that. It's not a sloppiness, but a result of increased chemical wear during wash circle. We will strictly adhere to our policy of occupancy limitations. Only one family of 2 adults and up to 2 kids will be allowed per unit. No exceptions. Please, take this in in consideration when you make your reservation. And last, but not least - absolutely NO Smoking of anything, not in unit, neither balcony or walkway. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and patronage
