The Studio is close to Saranda FERRY Terminal and Saranda city beach and it has easy access to Saranda city promenade and ammenities, Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and night shops are located around the corner. The space Studio is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay. The Apart-Hotel can accommodate 3 people. The bedding and bath towels are supplied by the host. About Parking There is also a possibility to park close to public and private paid parking. Guest access Studio is fully at your disposal. Other things to note There is no front desk on site. You should inform us in advance of your exact arrival time in order to schedule an appointment to meet a staff member at the entrance to the building door. The appointment is subject to availability and if the studio is not ready, the guest must comply with the time that the host gives for the check-in. •⁠ ⁠Check-in starts at 3pm Early check-in before 1pm is subject to host availability. Check-out: The check-out is set at 10:00 a.m. exactly. Check-out for late checkout: For a check-out after 11:00 a.m. and until 1:00 p.m is subject to host availability. Please note it's not allowed: •⁠ ⁠to make excessive noise in the apart-hotel or in the common areas. •⁠ ⁠to make evenings or parties in the apart-hotel or in the common areas. •⁠ ⁠No smoking in the apart-hotel or in the common areas. •⁠ ⁠to put loud music in the apart-hotel or in the commons.
