The menu is prepared a la minute and it is curated and designed by a Le Cordon Bleu chef. The kitchen is closed for lunch and dinner on Mondays. The kitchen uses primarily local ingredients, only clean oils and Himalayan pink salt and follows slow living practices that include fermentation and pickling to create a menu that is delicious and wholesome.
