Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living area with 55" television, enclosed porch with large dining table and sitting area, full bath, and one bedroom with two single beds. Air conditioning is provided in both the downstairs and upstairs. There are three bedrooms located on the second floor. A larger bedroom with a king bed and television. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin. And a third bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a half bathroom located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The main floor wrap around deck has amazing views overlooking the water. The deck is set with a table that seats 6 and an umbrella, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Situated directly over the lake, the spacious, newly renovated lower deck is filled with plenty of seating areas and a large picnic table. Stairs lead from the lower deck to the lower dock and 75 feet of private waterfront. This spot is perfect for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, and much more! A canoe is included with the rental. Boat rentals are available at the marina. Located only 15 minutes from fine dining in the village of Skaneateles, 10 minutes to Beak and Skiff Apple Orchards and the 1911 Tasting Room, and 30 minutes to Downtown Syracuse.
