Ideal for a coffee in the sun or a relaxing moment. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV, a separate, closed bedroom with a queen-size bed and a desk area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The 15 m² bathroom is spacious, with a shower and double sink. The bed is carefully made before your arrival, with clean, quality linens. Two bath towels per person are provided free of charge for your comfort. The garden and pool are shared in a calm and caring atmosphere. Access via a staircase that requires going down: not suitable for wheelchair users. Guest access You will have access to your entire private apartment as well as your private terrace. The garden and pool are a space shared with the hosts (who live upstairs) and, occasionally, with potential guests from the second accommodation. The apartment is on your right at the bottom of the stairs. A parking space is available directly in front of the house (No. 33, 3 parking spaces). Access is via a staircase with a handrail.
