This is a beautiful four square brick house located in a quiet neighborhood. It is only a 15 minute walk to the cherished Grandin area where there are several restaurants, grocery, movie theatre, and various shops to browse. It is only a 10 - 15 minute drive downtown. Central to most anywhere you want to go in Roanoke. For relaxing, there is a large front porch with a gas grill. There is also a screen porch out back which affords privacy and a fenced in back yard with a patio. The space I stay busy generally between performing music or visiting friends. If I am at home, I am usually at the computer working on music or reading. There are two cats which come and go at their leisure. They generally stay outdoors, one is very loving and likes attention. During your stay If I’m not playing a show on the weekends, I’m generally carefree and can be spontaneous. If a guest wants company, I can usually accompany him/her/them or I can allow as much privacy as be afforded in the house. During the week, I am working during the day and do not have as much free time to hang out but generally always available by phone or text.
