It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house. The space The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms (King master Bedroom and a second bedroom with 1 daybed and a twin sleep sofa are upstairs. Another bedroom with a queen size bed is downstairs), two full bathrooms and will comfortably sleep six guests. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a smart tv with Roku channels, Disney Plus and Hulu, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks will be awaiting your arrival. The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in the quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit (We do not provide wood) , fun games(Basketball hop on the driveway), and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing. Need a grocery Store: a Walmart Neighborhood is just a few blocks away. Guest access The entire space is yours to enjoy – inside, outside, fully-enclosed single car garage and the off-street parking. There’s also a spot-on property that can accommodate a RV. You’ll be provided a code for keyless front door entry. Other things to note Pets: We accept only dogs. If you are planning to bring your pet please add to the reservation and pay the pet fee, otherwise we will charge a $150.00 fee for a not disclaimed pet.
