Wonderful Pied-a terre, beautiful and large 3 room apartment called The Studio...charmingly eclectic, and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine..:-) Perfect for a cozy and romantic getaway. The space This is the perfect Pied-a-terre, a three room apartment… It has separate king bedroom with comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette with a full dining table for 4-5 and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen does not have a stove but it does have a double hot plate and a Cuisinart convection,Air fryer toaster and microwave and a coffee pot and an electric kettle. It will set you up for short term small cooking projects. There is a sink, dishes, pots, wine glasses, coffee, tea sugar, ice..all to make your self comfortable. Wonderful small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of the day as you watch the sunset... Guest access Entire apartment is for guests only and there is plenty of on street parking. Close to shopping and dining out if you want to walk. There are a couple of nice parks to walk too and the baseball field is also walking distance. Other things to note The apartment is for two -4 guests. Sleeper sofa can sleep two. If sleeper sofa is required .you must let me know so bedding will be left for your stay.
