The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries. Recent renovations have retained their historical ambiance, combined with newly restored modern conveniences. Beautiful front porch is a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets and meet locals. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cooking gear and the bed, linens, towels are all high quality. Fiber optic high speed WIFI with plenty of speed for streaming. The space The Miners Cottage is a quaint 110 year old newly renovated duplex that lets you experience the history of Historic Helper with modern conveniences. You will enter the Miner Cottage #20 via the back door and SMART LOCK. Parking is available right next to the house on the south side. There is also first come first serve parking in the lot behind the house. Guest access Guests can access the entire main floor, living space. There is a basement that is only for heating and water systems.
