A great little 2 bedroom condo. This is a top end unit! With beautiful views of the mountains and lots of light! It is located up 1.5 flights of stairs. Wonderful hardwood floors.

We love families and groups! This suite can accommodate up to 6 guests, however this is ideally a mix of adults and kids. If beds can't be shared, the max count is 4 (including sleeper sofa).

---Long Term Stay Notes (30+nights)---

Long term stays include a weekly linen service (not optional).

We require a 30 day notice to terminate a long term stay.

45+ nights: We happily accept long term bookings, however only the first month may be booked on the AirBnB platform. We require first and last month's rent for stays over 60 nights.

"This is a wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. It is convenient to BYU, shopping, and historic Center St. Also convenient to the Provo River Bike Trail, which I loved. I found the apartment to be really comfortable with a great view of the mountains. The host was accessible and responsive to my questions (which weren't many). There is covered parking and a washer/dryer on site, which is super convenient. It is on the third floor with no elevator, which was okay for me but those who are mobility-challenged will want to know. There is great wifi and a terrific kitchen if you like to cook. AMAZING location- right across from a brand new rec center with pools, gym, park, bbq areas, etc. Also, only 1/2 mile from the downtown area with 20+ amazing independent restaurants.

We are about 1 mile from the Provo frontrunner station (regional train which connects to the airport). Local bus stations are near us as well. If you need any suggestions on transportation, just let us know!

Directions from Salt Lake City International Airport

-Take TRAX green line to 500 W & North Temple

-Catch the Frontrunner train south to Provo Station

-You can either walk from the station, or take the 830 Northbound bus that will get you a bit closer to us.

-We can send you a link to a video tutorial on how to take the train from the airport.

Uber or Lyft are also great options!

Our walk score is 89 out of 100; you can get to almost everything within a few minutes of walking.

We do not allow smoking or vaping in any form in the suite or anywhere on the grounds.
