Op die Hoek has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs both walk out onto the balcony and has beautiful sea views. Both has en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs you will also find a TV room. Downstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The open plan kitchen-dining area walks out onto a sunny stoep with inside braai. Pets by arrangement. Deposit of R2 000 will have to be paid in advance and will be refunded if no damage by pets was found. The space The whole house (except for a storeroom and the garage) is available for guests. Please note that a few cupboards may be locked where the owner's personal affects are stored. Guest access The keys to the house will be in a lock box at the office of Etnas Southern Tip. The code to this lock box will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed. Other things to note Please note that this is a self-catering house. We do supply the following: Linen and extra blankets Bath towels Braai grid 2 toilet rolls per toilet 2 dishwasher blocks Dishtowels Scourer for washing dishes A little bit of dishwashing liquid An extra black bag for refuge – there will be a bag in the bin already Multi-purpose liquid soap at washing basins One re-chargeable light for load shedding This house comes with a daily cleaning service Do not forget to bring the following with you: Beach towels Wood (if you want to braai) as well as fire lighters Extra re-chargeable lights for load shedding times Extra cleaning materials that you might need – do not forget extra toilet paper if 2 rolls per toilet is not going to be enough for your stay. Please note that we use only one ply toilet paper in this house. Arniston make use of septic tanks and 2 ply toilet paper tend to block the sewerage systems. Extra dishwasher blocks Spices, coffee, food etc. as this is a fully self catering house
