This home can sleep max 12 guests (only if approved) every guest after 8 is considered an extra guest and has an extra cost of $45 per person per day even if just visiting. Our Home is just steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants, the beach, pier and even night life. * This house is 2 short streets from the beach with direct access. * Heated pool all winter to 83F/ Salt water pool / Higher temp has a $45 per day extra max heat to 88F * 2 open car parking spaces The space Having 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and 3.5 bathrooms we can host up 12 people at one time. * Bedrooms: Every room is spacious and comfortably designed with a closet, a large space and plenty of day light.   -  Room number 1 is a ground level open and spacious (Master Bedroom) has a comfortable King size bed and its own private bath. This bedroom overlooks the pool. New linens are set in place periodically. * Bedroom number 2 has a comfortable Queen size bed  large windows and a small balcony that overlooks the main street and pool area. Great location with views of the lush tropical palm trees where there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun. * Bedroom 3 has a comfortable King size bed and a large closet. * Bedroom 4 has a King size bed, large spacious room with widows giving you plenty of daylight over looking the back yard area. * Additional sleeping space in the Sunroom which has 2 twin size beds. * Living room: As soon as you walk in you are greeted by this beautiful and spectacular open floor plan living room with high ceilings that flow to the upper level creating a soulful retreat. Also equipped with a High Definition Smart TV 75" mounted on the wall for your enjoyment making this spot perfectly suitable for watching your favorite shows or even enjoying your favorite sports channel. * Dining Room: As soon as you walk to the back steps from the living room, you are greeted with a spacious open space that includes an open dining area that sits 8. Big windows adorn the entire back wall allowing you to have plenty of natural lighting and an outside view of the back yard and hot tub. The house is free-flowing and friendly. * Kitchen: This impressive home showcases a large and spectacular fully equipped kitchen.  It has everything you need while on vacation and only requires you to bring your favorite foods, spices and drinks. In addition to the granite countertop and cooking space, this kitchen has a bar sitting area. * Yard: Here is the fun! our Ocean Oasis Home has a private and large pool area separate in the front of the house with plenty of lounge chairs to catch a tan.  This space is truly magnificent and its a perfect place to relax. * Upper deck lounging is a perfect spot to relax in the early morning with a cup of coffee or after a fun day at the beach. * BBQ: How can you have a vacation without a BBQ?
