We call this unit our "Zen Suite", where your privacy and serenity are honored. Beautifully remodeled kitchen, with Stainless, Slab-Granite, Hardwoods...a special workspace for at-home work or study, this adorable little corner of the world is a lovely little Haven of Rest, with AMAZING Amenities right outside your front door! Guest access You will have access to all of the goodies offered within the condo, as well as full use of all amenities on the beautiful grounds...Pool, Tennis, Beach Volleyball, Laundry, Parking, BBQ, Gazebo, Community Gardens, Gym, Sauna, Clubhouse with full Kitchen, Ample Parking, the huge Dog & People Park next door, and the Beauty of the Lush Grounds around you! Other things to note There are stairs to take you up to the condo, so if there are mobility issues, this is something to consider. We love our furry friends, but PLEASE disclose any pets that you plan to bring prior to booking. There is a $10. charge per pet, per night. Although AirBnb lists the dollar amount “per stay”, this is a flaw in the Airbnb‘s listing system. There is no way for us to determine what a charge “per stay” would be, for every guest’s length of stay is different, so this is a charge PER NIGHT. This will be in addition to the nightly rate, and a request for these funds will be sent to the guest during their stay. We do ask our pet owners to be considerate and remove all trace of pet hair prior to their departure as a courtesy to the next guest. Hair and dander removal is NOT covered in our standard cleaning charges. (Our cleaning crew thanks you in advance! ). All pets must be approved prior to booking. Must be spayed or neutered, completely housebroken from barking, chewing, or scratching, and fully potty trained. No puppies or kittens, please.
