The Cottage at Whitecap is part of an Historic Compound built in 1883 and is located in the heart of New Suffolk. The Cottage offers 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The house is steps from the beach and conveniently located by restaurants, wineries and a public boat ramp. It's the perfect location for your next vacation, small get together or winery weekend getaway. The space The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Downstairs is open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. Upstairs there are 4 cozy bedrooms with room to sleep 8. There are board games for rainy days or a relaxing evening at home. And for sunny days, bicycles and kayaks. It is short walk to a gorgeous beach and 2 restaurants. There is a ball field across the street for kids to play or if someone wants to practice their golf swing. Guest access The cottage guests have access to the cottage property only. There are no shared spaces with the Main House. Other things to note A Barbecue, Beach chairs, beach towels,beach wagons, bicycles and kayaks are provided.
