Rental unit in Glen Cove

Very quiet and relaxing one bedroom apartment on cul-de-sac. This is a basement apartment, it has a flat screen TV with cable and with fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom with extra large shower, bed linens and towels are supplied. It is located 4 miles from LIU CW post campus for those parents visiting their children. We are located 35-40 minutes from Manhattan. No public transportation near by. The space Very clean, quiet basement apartment. Guest access Guest have access to the whole apartment and its contents. Other things to note The apartment is a basement apartment, although it does not feel like it because of the regular size windows it has some natural light coming in. It also has stairs to get to and from. Heads up. Some phone carriers do not work very well. Sorry! We have a Kurigg Coffee maker with supplies and water. THERE ARE ONLY TWO PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT AT ALL TIMES! Note: Per Airbnb regulations, we do not accept third party reservation! The person who does the booking has to be one of the guests!! There are small children living in the court! PLEASE!! Be very cautious coming in and out of the court!! Please be courteous to our neighbors! Thank you!
