The space The private room is a large garden level space. There are built in shelves in this room for handy storage and a large closet space. Guest access The house has a living room, dining room and kitchen upstairs that are included with this listing as well. There is laundry facilities and a full bathroom on the garden level (for downstairs guests) and a full bathroom on the ground floor (for upstairs guests). There is a large grassy yard in the front and a fenced yard in the back along with a shady breezeway. These are shared spaces with other guests. During your stay I live next door and can assist as needed. I work during the day so I can be hard to get ahold of but after work I'm usually open.
