Cozy Cottage Biking Distance to the Beach

Located in the mix! 2.5 miles to Sullivan's Island Beach and 2.5 miles from the nightlife of Shem Creek. With no stop lights in between! We have included two bicycles for you to explore the area. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by car. The space We are on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Walking and biking distance to just about anywhere you want to go. This is a 1,000 square foot brick house that has been remodeled. It is not huge, but very comfortable with all the amenities. There are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 -king size bed Bedroom 2-1 queen size bed Bedroom 3 -twin bed with a pullout twin trundle. There is one full bathroom and an outdoor shower. We have a wall mounted flat screen T.V. with Netflix and Amazon through a ROKU. There is NO CABLE TV. There is also a sound system you can connect to Bluetooth, inside and out on the back porch. Enjoy our large back yard & fire pit. We have two bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels included for you to use. Shower under the moon and stars in the outdoor shower or relax in the screened in porch with a cold beer or glass of wine. There is also a Green Egg BBQ.
