A charge by HOA Community for the use of pools and lakes along with paddle and kayak boats which also includes use of life vests by guests 1-3yrs old free, $12 charge for all other guests only on days guests decide to use the pools, lakes, and mini gulf ( Charge includes all 3). The charge is for the use of all 3 as a whole. Not individually charged. All others amenities such as basketball, tennis courts, playgrounds, dog run, club house, etc, no charge.
