Our fully independent 47 m² air-conditioned cottage, with a 20 m² covered terrace, can comfortably accommodate 5 people and up to 7 people with the sofa bed. Located in the heart of a 3,500 m² estate with a shared, heated swimming pool, a boules court, ping pong, an outdoor play area for children, and more. A fully equipped place to relax. Just 15 minutes from Dax, La Forge is also the perfect base from which to explore the Landes and the Basque Country. The space 🏡 The accommodation and surroundings - Master bedroom: 160 x 190 bed with direct access to the terrace - Second bedroom: bunk bed (double 140 x 190 at the bottom + single 90 x 190 at the top) - Cozy living room: TV + sofa bed for 2 people - Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... - Bathroom: shower, toilet + washing machine - Mosquito nets at every window - Wifi available throughout the accommodation 🌞 Terrace & Outdoor Enjoy a terrace without overlooking neighbors, equipped with a table, garden chairs and an electric plancha. 🐾 No pets allowed. 🏖️ The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only 45/60 min by car: Soorts-Hossegor, Capbreton, Seignosse, Mimizan, Moliets et Maa, Vieux-Boucau await you for surfing, swimming, dunes and relaxation by the sea. For lovers of quiet beaches or lakes, the La Saucille lake in Mugron is only 18 km away. 🌲 Nature & Local Culture Explore the Landes countryside and its pine forests, stroll through picturesque villages and discover the local gastronomy: foie gras, duck breast, cheeses and traditional markets. Also enjoy the local ferias and festivals for a stay rich in culture. 🏰 Trip to Spain Looking for a little international trip? The Spanish border is only 150 km away (about 1 hour 20 minutes by road). You can easily spend the day in Hendaye or San Sebastián to discover the Spanish beaches. Guest access Wellness area: Manicure and pedicure for a relaxing and pampering time. Outdoor relaxation: Parasols, deckchairs and garden furniture to enjoy the sun.
