Sweet two bedroom cottage on a quiet street, located one block from the hospital and within walking distance of historic downtown Albany with fine shops and restaurants, summer concerts, and the Albany Carousel. This c.1920 cottage sleeps four comfortably, a private driveway, backyard, and outside seating areas including a lovely front porch. The neighborhood is one of the best in Albany, full of quaint, beautiful, historic homes. Your hosts have lived in this neighborhood for over 50 years. The space Living room with sectional couch, SMART TV, desk, dining table and chairs, additional chair and lamp. Up to Four Guests: Bedroom 1 has Queen bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet. Bedroom 2 has Queen bed, dresser, chair, closet. Bathroom includes vanity with sink, bathtub/shower, toilet. Kitchen has (all new) refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, side table, Keurig, microwave, cookware, utensils, spices and a BBQ is on back porch. Seating on back porch. Picnic table under arbor. Private backyard. Garage for activities and hanging out. Basement with washer, dryer, and storage room. Covered front porch with two Adirondack chairs. Long private driveway.
