Our cozy chalet is nestled among tall trees in the heart of the Lakes Region. 5 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee and 1 minute from Gunstock Mountain Resort, our hideaway offers instant access to the best of New England no matter the season, including hiking, beaches, kayaking, skiing, and more. Our family-friendly cottage has a two-story great room, a separate office, and an outdoor firepit. It is perfect for couples and families. The space Our cozy blue chalet has a two-story living area, a bright and well-stocked kitchen, and an office that is fully equipped for remote working (double monitors, keyboard, mouse, high speed wifi). It has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six. Our outdoor space includes a grill, a firepit, two picnic tables shaded by tall trees, and a deck that is perfect for lounging in the sun, grilling, or dining al fresco. While at our chalet, enjoy full use of our amenities including board games, lawn games, inflatable kayak, folding camping chairs that you can take to the beach, and toys for the kids. In the winter, we have two pairs of snowshoes and a bunch of sleds that you can use. If the weather doesn't cooperate, turn on our pellet stove fireplace, make some Belgian waffles in our waffle iron, and relax in the reading loft. Our house is kid friendly. You are welcome to use our kiddie amenities including a high chair, pack n play, infant tub, and a chest full of toys / children's books (ages 0-5). There is also a small playset in the backyard with two swings and a slide. Parking on loose gravel is available for up to 3 cars. Guest access The entire place is yours. Other things to note Due to allergies, absolutely no animals or smoking is allowed. Please respect our family home. In the summer, air conditioning is provided via a large window unit in the living room. There are also fans for every bedroom. There is no central A/C. In the winter, heating is provided via forced air and pellet stove.
