Large family friendly home with south facing pool. Relax after an active day or stay at home and lounge poolside. **Minimum age of guest booking is 25. **There is an extra charge for the pool to be heated, like most vacation homes in the Orlando area. Pool heating season is Nov 1st thru April 30th. Let us know before your arrival (5 days or so) and we will add it to your quote. It costs $25/day. There is a $30 fee added if you wait until after arrival for someone to come by to turn it on. The space This Home perfect for golfers (2 foursomes) or families such as parents, children (and grand parents as well) visiting Disney World and other Orlando area parks. It is located in a quiet, gated community, with your own private pool (extra charge for heating). It features 2 master en-suite bedrooms (one on first floor), along with 4 other bedrooms and bathroom, separate powder and laundry room. There is an open concept kitchen and dining area. WIFI, internet, 4 ROKU TVs (three of the bedrooms do not have TV) and telephone service included. There is also a living room area and a games room located in the home. *** We recently remodeled/upgraded 2 baths with walk in showers *** *** We don't provide more than a small initial amount of hand soap, dish soap, washing machine soap, paper products, etc. You will need to supply them. *** Guest access The driveway is large enough for 2 minivans and 2 sedans. It will be very tight. The driveway is 32' x 16' in size. The home is fully accessible except for 2 doors which are locked. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: **Cars must be parked in the driveway. Cars parked on the street will be towed. (also see guest access) **Upon entry to our home, if there are any issues you feel needing attention please contact the property manager. (phone# will be provided 7 - 10 days prior to arrival.) We strive to keep things right for our guests, but sometimes a problem may be overlooked by housekeeping or not reported by a previous guest. **Upon vacating the house, please strip all the beds and leave the linens on the floor outside the rooms. Also place all towels on the floor outside the bathrooms. **Household waste is picked up between 6:00 am & 6:00 pm every Monday except statutory holidays where it will be picked up one day later on Tuesday. (**It is best to take the carts to the curb the night before pick up as the truck may come as early as 6 am.**) ***Even though we have a pest control service, we need our guests help. Please keep the screen door(s) closed when not in use. Florida is tropical climate and critters will walk in if given a chance. Also, do not leave food containers open or crumbs on the counters, furniture and floors because the same critters are usually hungry.*** **There are 3 ROKU TVs in the home. One in the great room and one in each master bedroom.** The pool heat is set to 88 degrees and is on from 8am to 8pm. The house A/C can go down to 74 degrees. The Cable TV box/modem is located behind the console under the TV in the great room. FAQS: 1. What if something doesn’t work? Please call the property manager as soon as possible so corrective action can be taken. 2. Upon vacating the house, we just have to put the key back in the lock box? If so, how? The pool heat is set to 88 degrees and cannot go higher. 4. *** Will there be soaps, dish washing liquid, towels, tissue rolls, etc. in the house? Yes, there is an initial supply, but if something runs out you must provide more for the remainder of your stay. *** 5. Any other procedures we need to do upon leaving or just place the key and leave? No other procedures other than putting the key in the lock box and making sure all the doors to the house are locked. 6. Trash, towels and old linens can be left in the house/trash can for housekeeping to take care of? Yes. 7. When is trash and recycling picked up? Household waste is picked up between 6:00 am & 6:00 pm every Monday except statutory holidays where it will be picked up one day later on Tuesday. Use only the garbage roll cart for household waste. Recyclable materials is collected between 6:00 am & 6:00 pm every Friday the same as yard waste. (**It is best to take the carts to the curb the night before pick up as the truck may come as early as 6 am.**) Use only your recyclable materials roll cart for recyclable waste. Both carts are to be kept at the side of the garage.
