This accommodation is 350 meters from Hvide Sande Center and the harbor, with lots of atmosphere and good shops and restaurants. It is 350 meters to the North Sea and beach and 150 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord. The space There is another room at the accommodation, and it is possible to rent it as a large apartment. There are good outdoor conditions, so it is possible to enjoy a pleasant time. Guest access There is access to a large common fruit garden, with garden furniture and cozy corners. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 1 other room. During your stay We can be contacted by phone and text message We live on the ground floor ourselves. Other things to note There are two rooms and the kitchen and bathroom are shared between these two rooms. Bedding is a mattress on the floor, and it's for kids. Cleaning of common areas is as needed, however, at least 2 times per week. No breakfast is served. Dogs are allowed – the fee for a dog is DKK 350 (payable upon arrival) When you bring a dog for this rental, it is expected to be clean, not make noise, and not break anything. It is not allowed to leave the dog alone. There are good opportunities in the area, and a short distance to the nature trail by the fjord. There are a lot of cats in the area, and the house's own cat must be able to be left alone outside. It is not allowed to keep the animals in the furniture. If the dog has been bathing, it is raining or it is very dirty in another way, it is expected to dry before entering the lease – ask for towels for the purpose. The dog is expected to be kept in their own areas, so it does not disturb other guests. Children It is possible to have children in the lease, but it is expected that you do not disturb other tenants and take into account. It is possible to use the garden behind the house to the north. There is a short distance to the fjord, and there is calm and shallow water, which is a little safer in relation to bathing with children. There are stairs down to the rooms/apartment. Alarm and noise Guests are expected to be considerate of each other. Parties and events are not allowed. Waste sorting Guests are asked to sort the waste. Cleaning During the stay, guests are expected to keep tidy and clean, so there's room for everyone. No smoking inside. Bed linen and towels are available to rent.
