The space Relax in the brand new pool or choose from 2 hot tubs, to watch boats pass by, enjoy the outdoor dining set to serve up your freshly caught fish, or chill out on the outdoor sofa set and have drinks at the fire table. There's plenty of amenities available to you to make the most of your Florida Keys stay. For your entertainment foosball, Cornhole, and ladder toss outdoor games provided. Enjoy a nice kayak ride out to watch sunset or take out the two stand up paddle boards through the canal for a chance manatee sighting. Per county regulations, a min 28 day stay is required. Renter must be 25 or over. No smoking. Electric cap at $300/water at $175 and 1 pet accepted, with $225 pet fee. All charged to card on file. Boat, jet skis, golf cart can be made available for properly qualified/licensed/insured individuals. Please inquire on terms. If bringing own boat, please advise so the boat lift will be clear for you use. Pilots: Summerland Key Cove Airport is located in this neighborhood and charges $600 to use/park for the month. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of one locked ground floor small utility room and one small kitchen cabinet door. Ground floor storage room is open and contains gas cans, furniture cushions, games, cleaning supplies, hot tub supplies, deep freezer for fish, etc available to guests.
