Barefoot Bliss is in exclusive Barefoot Beach Club in North Naples, FL. This 2 bedroom (1 king & 2 twin beds) 1,789 square foot condo is located right on our Gulf of Mexico privately owned beach. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach! The nearest heated swimming pool & hot whirlpool is 3 minutes away as well. The views from the 6th floor lanai where you can dine are spectacular! There is a 2nd pool, hot whirlpool, BBQ grill & a complete exercise facility at our new Clubhouse. The space Barefoot Beach Club is a very upscale exclusive community. The beach is privately owned with no public access. Barefoot Beach Blvd. is lined with royal palm trees and features pavers for the surface. The price range for the condos are from $1.5M to $2.5M. The mansions are valued from $6M to $12M. The Barefoot Beach County Park is located at the South end. There is a Nature Preserve and kayaking is available. The Barefoot Bliss condo was designed and furnished in a warm tropical theme by Collins & Dupont of Naples. From the screened lanai, the view of the beach and Gulf is completely unobstructed. You don't see any other buildings, just the Gulf! The building is so close to the beach, that you can hear the sounds of the gentle waves and see the many pelicans fly by close to the building. The living room is very comfortable with a soft ultra-suede couch, relaxing wing chair and an entertainment center with a 43" flat screen TV. The master bedroom windows face the Gulf. It has a king bed with a soft topper. The flat screen TV is 50". The adjoining bathroom has a shower, Jacuzzi and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom windows face the bay. It has 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. The flat screen TV is 50". While Barefoot Bliss is top-notch, you are vacationing in Paradise to enjoy the outside in the FL sunshine. In addition to the beach with fine white sand and many shells, the outside amenities include: outside shower, BBQ grill next to building, 2 heated pools with hot whirlpools, an outside dining area at the new Clubhouse with a deluxe grill and an entire floor of exercise equipment. Of course, there are many fine restaurants and stores in Bonita Springs and Naples. Famous 5th Avenue in Naples is a half hour drive to the south. Plus, there are many sightseeing tours, concerts and wildlife parks. There is much to experience! Guest access At the guardhouse there will be a parking pass for you to display in your vehicle. At the #267 Barefoot Beach Blvd. building (where condo is located), in the garage, your space for 1 vehicle is "D". It is a bit past halfway to the left. There are some spaces in the parking lot by the building for visitors. For access, you'll be provided with codes for the elevator, condo, pools and exercise facility. Other things to note There is an application to the Barefoot Beach Club Association that will be provided to you to fully complete. As per the instructions, you'll mail it directly to our office with a $150. check. A background check is done for everyone who is a guest at Barefoot Beach Club.
