Guest access As a guest in our home, you will have access to the entire house and the yard, including the patios, pool, and the rooftop. Guests will be provided a remote control for the main security gate to be returned at checkout. The loss of this remote will result in a $50 replacement fee. You will also be able to enjoy the amenities of the neighborhood, such as the community gazebo (when it's not reserved by the residents) and fruit growing in the common areas. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Violation of this policy will result in a fee up to $100 to clean the house. All guests should note the following: 1- While the apartment is located near the beach on the map, there is no direct access to the beach currently. However, guests can walk 10mn to the beach or take a taxi (3mn) 2-The Dominican Republic is prone to frequent power outages. In order to provide the most comfort for our guests, we have installed both an inverter and a generator. In case of a power outage, the lights, fans and refrigerator will continue to work on the inverter. For longer duration outages, the yard keeper will turn on the generator. 3- Additional Guest Fee: The base reservation price is valid for up to 4 people. From the fifth person onwards, Airbnb's system will automatically calculate the additional fee of $20 per each additional person per night. This ensures that all guests have a comfortable space and helps us cover the additional expenses associated with extra guests.
