This is a clean three bedroom 2 full baht apartment with private entrance on fist floor, perfect for a family of 6 to enjoy a great vacation in Maine. This apartment is a part of a historical brick building, one of the most unique buildings. Large open layout gives plenty space for entertainment. Lots of windows allow plenty of natural lights. We are in a nice and safe neighborhood walkable to downtown Brunswick and there is a bonus water front trail down on the road for mornings & afternoons. The space Welcome to your Whispering Pine 3 bedroom vacation home! We renovated the entire apartment inside out and decorated to a homey and delightful feel so that you would like to just stay inside and have some quality family time. We are ideally located within walking distance of the historic green bridge connecting to downtown Brunswick, you can also take another historical hanging bridge next to the trail to do a beautiful loop jogging. While you reach to downtown Brunswick, you will find a big variety of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and a famous gelato shop. You can also explore the boutiques and have a picnic in the downtown garden. You'll also love being just 2 minutes from Topsham Fair Mall, where there are grocery, gyms, and shops. I-295 N and S are also minutes away, only 15 minutes to Freeport, 30 minutes to Portland and 45 minutes to Augusta. Inside this home, you can have the spacious open-floor space so that even you have a big group, everyone is still comfortable. We have carpet flooring in the living room and bedrooms as well as the stairs, it is very kids friendly, and comfortable to walk on. Both floors have a full bathrooms, and washer and dryer in the basement. On the outside, you have two private entrances and free parking spots up to 4 cars. You can also enjoy a big common back yard, play with your kid on the swing, let your dog laying in the lawn and have a sun bath together! We keep our quality up and we hope you will have a good time here :D Guest access We have two drive way, one at front and one where the garage is. You will be taking the long drive way and park next to the garage. There are 6 spots, you can take up to 4 spots. As getting around the neighborhood, you can take a nice walk to downtown Brunswick, take a walk along the water front trail, but as for grocery shopping and getting around to other places, you will need a car.
