Private pool, only two blocks .3 miles from beach!

Just two blocks away from the beautiful white sands of Holmes Beach. Restaurants & night life even closer. Swimming pool and spa are inviting for both romantic getaways as well as families. You will have access to the entire beautiful two story townhouse. The property has a shared wall, but all space is private and quiet. The outdoors are separated and private as well. Plenty of parking, sun, & fun. New mattresses, new couch, and other furniture. The space The spa takes approximately 10-15m to heat up to the temperatures you would expect of a hot tub. Part of the linen program;) All linens/towels/beach towels are provided. Please bring your own spices or purchase them locally. I'm unable to provide them due to health restrictions. Guest access Guest at Key Lime Cottage have access to Unit B which includes exclusive access to the pool and spa. There is a small closet in the garage that I use as the owner's closet which is the only space that is locked and guests cannot access. Other things to note The pools are heated year round at no additional charge to our guests. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Southwest Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down into the 30's for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. When the weather gets warmer and the pumps are able to re-engage, please be mindful that re-heating of the pool back to 82 degrees may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen from time to time. The pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool companies twice a week. Also know that there is a shared wall with the other townhouse. Although all the rooms are quiet, the master bedroom may experience some shared conversations especially with the front deck being next to each other. For your maximum enjoyment of the property, the pool man, Ian, comes twice a week and the gardener comes once a month. All their work happens outside of the house and should not interrupt your use of the property. Maintenance does come on occasion while you are staying at the house if the repair could not be completed prior to your arrival and although I do my best to make you aware of any scheduled maintenance, there are occasions that members from the property management company will need to enter the home. Their presence will be announced prior to entering. And all are fully background checked.
